Today complexity and the speed of change is growing exponential in society and business. Traditional business models give way for ExO´s (Exponential Organizations), and services that did not exist 10 years ago, dominates the marked. Organizations must be aware of this development, and act accordingly.

My focus is mainly on the below 3 areas within Strategic Design.
Service is becoming the most important competitive parameter - in some areas it already is. Most products are depending on the ability to preforming good services and some products are transformed into services. Organizations needs to address services on a strategic level, to optimize the positive impact services have on their business models.
The Service Level Matrix is a service design tool for dialog. The SLM has been developed while working with organizations in Service Platform. and used in Servitize.dk. It is a tool to understand, and to share the understanding about the level of services in your organization, and to open up for new developments in the future economic landscape.
Rethinking organizations is about - gaining the insights of the organization to understand it as a complex combination between people, relations, culture, business and techonology - and setting the stage for change. Organizational transformation is about developing strategies that can move the organization towards a future - realizing its visions and goals to the best of its abilities.

Business Model Canvas is a strategic management tool for developing new or documenting existing business models. It is a visual chart with 9 elements describing a firm's or product's value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances. This BMC model is also a design tool that enables cross disciplinary teams to share ideas and knowledge and co-create and model, new values for both customers and business.
